testsuite: Port clean up script to 1.0

I'm not sure what it's meant to do though.

tests: Run test_gst on its own

It relies on having no one having tried to use GStreamer before
so it can check the errors when it has not been initialized.

tests: Remove deinit test

No GStreamer API should be called after deinit, so test it invalid
