Platform: Ubuntu 16.04 arm7l

Gstreamer 1.10.2 compiled from source into custom location
(/srv/maverick/software/gstreamer) with usual bunch of plugins
(good/bad/ugly/libav). All plugins work except python:

Total count: 175 plugins (1 blacklist entry not shown), 1261 features
