"enhance" is rather vague, could you describe what this does?

Sample image file with original and generated after applying effect.

Hi Tim,
This effect has been generated using Gimp curve tool. This effect can
reduce any whitish part in the image to make image/video clear. Please check
the attached file.

filesrc location=~/Downloads/sunflower.jpg ! jpegdec ! imagefreeze !
videoconvert ! coloreffects preset=6 ! videoconvert ! glimagesink
